Just when we feel like the 1906R has been rinsed, there comes a colourway that makes us look at the shoe in a whole new way. This 'New Spruce' version is one such example, with a classic 1906 combination of mesh and metallic offered-up in a novel colour combination.

Where we've mostly seen monotone colourways this adds a decidedly more outdoor-adjacent combination of deep 'Moonbeam' blue and off-white with hits of aubergine purple for contrast. The real winner for us though is the use of cadmium yellow on the heel crash pad—a small yet extremely effective touch.
